Simply Ballet Barre™
Simply Ballet Barre™ is just that! A Ballet class for adults. Just a straight forward, true to form, Ballet class with classical music. But there is NOTHING "simple" about it. Discover what dancers already know! Simply Ballet Barre™ will kick your derriere!
Unlike other "Barre" classes that combine elements of dance with aerobic exercise in time with pop music, this 55 minute class focuses on traditional Ballet routines choreographed to classical music in combination with the Pilates Method. Regardless of previous Ballet experience, every student is taken through a technique based Ballet Barre class working through simple combinations and eventually progressing to more in depth routines. Class participants quickly become familiar with fundamental Ballet vocabulary (i.e. plie, tendu, passe, frappe, battement, etc) all in a fun, light-hearted setting.
No Ballet shoes required! Socks (without grips) work just as well! Be prepared to sweat, so bring a towel & bottle of water, and get ready to have fun!

STUDIO POLICies
- At least 3 Private Sessions are required prior to taking group Pilates apparatus classes, and the instructor reserves the right to require additional Private Sessions based on your skill level and ability.
- All Sessions are are to be paid in advance.
- All cancellations must be made 24 Hours in advance to allow for rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a full session charge.
- All group classes are level specific. Prior to advancing levels, you must receive approval from your instructor.
- Group classes with only 1 person will be subject to a $20 private session upgrade fee
- Any packages purchased must be used within 90 days.
- All sales final. No Refunds.
